Ms Janie Petersen RN,

Janie has worked since 1990 as an RN, CNS and CNC in metropolitan and regional critical care settings. Janie has worked as a Nurse Educator, including a secondment to the NSW College of Nursing to coordinate and teach programs in ICU and Cardiac Nursing and was the Education CNC at Westmead Private Hospital. She has worked as a Graduate Health Education Officer pursuing interests in health promotion. Janie has taught in the TAFE and ACE sectors. She is currently PhD candidate at Southern Cross University (SCU) and a fulltime lecturer and Clinical Placements Director in the Department of Nursing and Health Care Practices – SCU.
